1. What are some of the most common plants you use in landscaping?
We supply a wide variety of plants to ensure we meet and satisfy your landscape design needs. Of those plants, the most common we’ve used to date would be the clusia, podocarpus, emerald ficus, crotons, and liriope.
2. Is there any charge for an appointment or proposal?
No. We offer a free in-person consultation at the project site so you can meet the team and we can get familiar with the site. At that time, we may also obtain pictures of the project area to be able to provide you with rendered images, and show you a view of what the site will look like at the time of project completion. 3. What size of projects do you work on?
We work on projects of any size while taking into consideration your budget, as well as the opportunities and constraints of the site with the style you are personally looking to convey.
4. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully covered with Liability and Worker’s Comp insurance, and ready to service you.
5. What type of landscaping do you offer?
We specialize in residential and commercial, interior and exterior landscape design, installation, and maintenance.
6. Do you work 7 days a week?
We are open for business Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday.
7. What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We stand by our work, and guarantee plants if hired for plant maintenance.
8. Is there a deposit to start work?
After the free consultation and review of rendered images, we will obtain a signed agreement with you and a 50% deposit upfront to cover project initiation expenses. The rest of the amount is to be collected at the time of project completion.
9. Who will work on my property?
With Those Plant Guys, we like to make sure the person you are meeting during the initial consultation is the one who actually does work. Our team of employees are properly supervised and have the proper training, uniform to be identified, and equipment to get the job done.
10. Do your employees speak English?
Yes, all of them.
11. Are your employees legal?
Yes, all of them.

13. If you design my landscape, how will I maintain and care for it?
We provide a detailed care guide for each species used in design and we also provide what to expect over time.
14. What do I do if I am not satisfied with my design or work?
We will do everything within our power to provide accurate, transparent estimates. We even use 3D render software to provide a realistic view of what your home or site will look like. We like to be very transparent about everything we do and every aspect of the project and will work with you to make sure you are a happy customer with the garden or yard of your dreams.
